The Uzbek chef picks out the best mutton and veal for shish kebab and cooks it according to traditional recipes on fruit firewood. The Georgian cuisine is represented by a variety of light dishes and appetizers. The restaurant contains a Georgian stove, where cooks from Tbilisi prepare food in small clay frying pans, which add additional flavor to the dishes.
